American Grit Podcast with Travis Wilson

Meet retired Green Beret Travis Wilson,  a Special Forces operator with 21 years of honorable service and an addiction to serving others. Health and fitness are what keep our special operations combat ready, but after a near death parachuting accident Travis used his rehabilitation phase to rebuild his body and his mindset. Prior to retiring from service, Travis started his sports nutrition brand Alpha Elite Performance in 2016. Travis believes that anyone can be in alpha, but it starts with the alpha in you and how you guide yourself in all aspects of life.

This we’ll defend – ALWAYS.

I Can and I will with kambry richardson

We all serve a greater purpose, but what does it take for us to make a change? To Kambry Ridchardson it took years of bad influence and direction to realize a change was needed. Kambry then joined the Air force as an EMT & Fire fighter and the effect of her change was transparent from the beginning days of the Academy life. Despite being the only female in the class, she performed at the highest level and beat out most of her classmates. Her new passion is to empower women to achieve new milestones and discover new ridgelines. Today, Kambry’s attitude is I can, and I will.

This we’ll defend – ALWAYS.

“Slow and steady wins the race” is a well-known proverb that offers an important piece of advice that, if

acted on, should improve one’s life. Persistent, consistent, and diligent progress, even if it is somewhat
slow, will produce better results than speeding your way through things, as this can lead to mistakes and, ultimately, be an unreliable approach.
